How do I become an Exhibitor?
Please visit our page on REGISTRATION (EXHIBITOR / SPONSORING EXHIBITOR). In the registration process, you will first decide whether you want to be an Exhibitor or a Sponsoring Exhibitor. Then, you will need to fill in two simple pages of registration forms, in which you will put in your company’s basic information, describe your services and products, upload photos, and put in other necessary info. You will also receive an email containing a link to activate your account. Please be sure to click on the link, and your account will be activated. After the activation, you can sign in at any time to edit your booth, if you need to do so.
   
What is the difference between Sponsoring Exhibitors and Exhibitors?
  • The main difference between “Sponsoring Exhibitors” and “Exhibitors” is their relative visibility on search pages:
    (a) On search pages, Sponsoring Exhibitors will show up before Exhibitors. The order in which Sponsoring Exhibitors will show up is at random. Similarly, the order in which Exhibitors will show up is also at random. But Sponsoring Exhibitors will always show up before Exhibitors.
    (b) On search pages, besides logos, brief descriptions of the services/products of Sponsoring Exhibitors will also be displayed. Visitors can therefore easily identify what services/products the Sponsoring Exhibitors provide. In contrast, on search pages, only the logos of Exhibitors will be displayed.
  • Both Sponsoring Exhibitors and Exhibitors have access to our virtual booths however.
   
How can I advertise at your banner spaces?
We encourage companies to advertise at our banner spaces to increase their visibility. Please contact us to express interest in advertising at our banner spaces and to enquire about our rates.
   
How do you get your lists of Exhibitors and Sponsoring Exhibitors?
Our lists are generated by companies who consent to become Exhibitors/Sponsoring Exhibitors at our website to advertise their services/products.
   
How many companies do you list?
There is no limit.
   
Do you do fact checking?
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the exhibit of an Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor and the information provided by that company. The key objective of our web site is to provide useful information to users. Therefore, we encourage visitors to report misuse/abuse of our system. For example, if an Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor signs up for Main Categories and/or Sub categories that are incorrect representations, we reserve the right to remove the Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor from the incorrectly stated Categories and/or Subcategories.
   
Can I write a review on an Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor and post it?
At present, there is no review system for visitors to write reviews. However, there is a Forum for each Exhibitors' Category. Visitors are free to post their recommendations and comments in our Forums, and are encouraged to offer useful advice to other visitors. Malicious attacks, indecent comments, and any abuse of our Forums will be removed however.
   
Can I get references for an Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor?
You can contact the Exhibitor directly or using our anonymous messaging system and ask for references from the Exhibitor.
   
How much does it cost to become an Exhibitor or a Sponsoring Exhibitor?
There is no charge to become an Exhibitor. Currently, it costs $50 per year to become a Sponsoring Exhibitor to enjoy the benefit of having a higher level of visibility.

What do I do if I have a question or a comment about your website?
Visitors are welcome to send comments and questions to info@ePharmaExpo.com. Alternatively, they can fill in a simple form on our Contact Page and submit it to us.
   
How often do your Exhibitors/Sponsoring Exhibitors update their information?
Our Exhibitors/Sponsoring Exhibitors can sign in at any time to edit and update their booths if they choose to do so.
   
I want to change my company's exhibition and basic info. What do I need to do?
You can simply sign in and edit your info.
   
I want to ask an Exhibitor some questions? What do I need to do? Can I stay anonymous?
If you are a registered Visitor, you can use our Anonymous Messaging Systemto communicate with a vendor anonymously. Our Anonymous Messaging System is currently under construction and is expected to be up and running soon.If you choose to reveal your identity, you can always contact the Exhibitordirectly using the Exhibitor’s contact info listed on the virtual booth.
   
I am an Exhibitor. I received a question from an anonymous visitor. Do I need to answer the question?
You are free to respond to inquiries as you see fit.
   
I want to participate in a discussion forum. What do I need to do? Is there a charge?
Our forums are free of charge. To participate in our Forums, you will need to first register either as a Visitor (if you do not intend to exhibit) or as an Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor (if you are a company and also want to exhibit your services/products). Then, go to our Forum Page, and sign in.
   
I want to show an exhibition of my company, but I cannot see a Main Category or Sub Category that fits my company. What can I do?
Please try to find a Main Category or Sub-Category that describes your company’s services/products as closely as possible. If you feel ePharmaExpo.com could benefit by adding new Main Categories or Sub Categories, please let us know. You can either send us an email to info@ePharmaExpo.com or fill in our Enquiry Form on our Contact Page.
   
I want to show an exhibition of my company. How many Main Categoriesand Sub Categories can I choose?
You will need to choose one Main Category to create one booth. Under that Main Category, you can choose multiple Sub Categories that describe your company’s services/products. To create another booth for another Main Category, you can log in as an Exhibitor/Sponsoring Exhibitor; then create a second booth for the other Main Category.
   
Is the online payment secure?
Yes. In fact, the processing in all the pages involving personal information, including name, address and credit card information if applicable, is secure.
   
My company is currently a Sponsoring Exhibitor. We choose not to continue with the exhibition. What do I need to do to remove the exhibition? Can I get a refund?
You can let us know by sending an email to info@ePharmaExpo.com. Unfortunately, there will be no refund.
   
How big does a company need to be in order to become an Exhibitor?
There is no requirement. An Exhibitor can be as big as a multinational or as small as a sole proprietorship. As a clear advantage over conventional trade shows, ePharmaExpo.com enables companies of all sizes to easily exhibit their services/products.
