Exhibiting (Exhibitor versus Sponsoring Exhibitor)

To exhibit at ePharmaExpo.com, a company can be either an Exhibitor or a Sponsoring Exhibitor. There is no charge to become an Exhibitor. Whether you are a multi-national or a sole proprietor, you can use our virtual trade show booths to exhibit. Simply fill in the registration form with the necessary information, and you are ready to showcase your products or services. You can even upload photos of your own or photos from our Gallery to describe your services/products.

While both Exhibitors and Sponsoring Exhibitors can use our professionally designed booths to showcase their services and products, Sponsoring Exhibitors have the additional benefit of displaying, on search pages, short descriptions of their services/products together with their logos. On the other hand, only the logos of Exhibitors will be displayed. Furthermore, on search pages, Sponsoring Exhibitors always show up before Exhibitors. While a visitor searches for a particular provider of services or products, these additional display features will help a Sponsoring Exhibitor stand out. At present, it costs only $50 per year to become a Sponsoring Exhibitor.

Visiting (Searches and Discussion Forums)

Anybody can be a Visitor. A Visitor can search for particular vendors and particular services/products. You do not need to register at

ePharmaExpo.com to search for vendors. To participate in our discussion forums, however, you need to register by completing a registration form with a legitimate profile. The reason for the registration is to prevent a random visitor from abusing our forums. Once you registers at ePharmaExpo.com as a Visitor, you can then participate in our discussion forums. There is a forum for each Exhibitors’ Main Category. Visitors are encouraged to use our forums to exchange useful information on various Exhibitors/Sponsoring Exhibitors and their services/products.

ePharmaExpo.com is not responsible for the comments from our Visitors. Comments involving malicious attacks and wrongful abuse of our website will be removed. Visitors are encouraged to report such abuse to us.
